RAC needs tutors who can guide one full portfolio cycle and also participate in teaching research and education product development. Turn scattered interests into an admissions-facing story that is specific, defensible and connected to the student's real authorship.

Student support process
I do not replace the student's authorship. I help students make their thinking visible, testable and presentable, then guide them through critique and iteration until the work can stand in a portfolio review.
我帮助学生把自己的思考变得可见、可讨论、可迭代、可呈现,最终让项目能够经得起作品集评审和面试追问。
Project cases are currently strongest in service design, interaction systems, visual communication, creative coding and digital media. Game/RP system design should be added as a compact supporting case rather than a first-screen hero.
现有案例最强的是服务设计、交互系统、视觉传达、创意编程与数字媒体。游戏/RP 系统设计适合作为补充案例,不建议抢首页主视觉。
Teaching Data can become the bridge: diagnosis, critique memory, portfolio milestones, visual grammar, speaking practice and final presentation.
